Today's inspiration comes from one of the greatest minds in history.

If you know me, you know that I love to think about Philosophy; especially Stoicism. It can be a powerful tool to improve your mental health and well-being. The practice of focusing on and accepting what we are actually in control of in life, building emotional resilience and inner strength.

The wisdom and words of one of my favorite greek philosophers, Epictetus, still rings true and inspires me today, over 2000 years later. He speaks on self-mastery, wisdom and ignorance, responsibility and choice, adversity and growth, and so much more. Ideas that transcend time and speak to our human nature.
